Marja started working with a large independent real estate firm as a part time receptionist at Narre Warren about 7 years ago and progressed to role of Group Administration Manager at their Head office, assisting with the setting up of database systems for the company, as well as being PA to the Director and Group Sales Manager. She has worked closely for a number of years with the database developers in helping to improve the system to what it is today as well as offering support to all the receptionists and sales staff over the company. Marja is now concentrating her efforts on helping the team at Hill Real Estate Berwick as their Office Manager. Marja has a passion for real estate and the use and improvement of computer systems to aid the estate agents to better look after their clients.
