I wish to thank you and your team for selling my property in Boronia for an excellent price. It was great result. I was very pleased with the excellent result. Another agent in Boronia who advised me the property was worth between $280,000 and $300,00 and put the property on the market at $300,000. They submitted an offer of $295,000 and advised me that that was the best offer and I should consider accepting it. I refused to accept the offer, they rang me several times to check whether I would reconsider and lower my asking price but I said no. The property was listed with them for three months and they could not sell it for the amount I was asking. I then listed my property with your agency Hill Real Estate and you advised me to list my property at the starting price of $309,000. Within 1 ½ weeks the property sold with your agency for $310,500, $15,000 more than the other agency advised me it was worth.
